📣 Call for Data and Metadata Contributions to the Duchenne Data Repository to map and connect fragmented data sources at a global level.

We invite:

Researchers, clinicians, industry partners, and institutions to share their datasets or metadata descriptions under terms that suit your data-sharing policies. The data sharing options could include:

  • Public Access:
    Make your dataset or metadata openly available for download and citation.

  • Controlled Access:
    Define specific terms and conditions for data use, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

  • Metadata Only:
    Let others know your dataset exists even if full sharing isn’t possible now.


What you can share:

  • Full datasets (raw or processed)
  • Metadata descriptions for unpublished or controlled-access datasets
  • Associated documentation (protocols, data dictionaries, etc.)

How to Contribute:

  1. Register to the Duchenne Data Repository.
  2. Upload your files or metadata form.
  3. Choose your sharing level.
